The SPYNR DevOps Tools platform serves as an internal hub for development utilities, staging environments, and growth marketing applications. Its primary purpose is to provide our marketing operations, analytics, and engineering teams with the technical tools necessary to conduct market research, build digital assets, and optimize data workflows in a secure environment.
This site is strictly for authorized SPYNR internal teams, including:
Growth Marketing & Analytics Teams
DevOps & Infrastructure Engineers
Product and Site Administrators
Note: This is an isolated utility and staging area. It is not a public-facing asset and must not be used to store or process live client production databases.
Our platform hosts powerful marketing and automation utilities, such as the Universal Scraper. While these tools are vital for competitive intelligence and growth, they must be used responsibly, legally, and ethically.
What is allowed: Extracting publicly available metadata, sitemaps, public pricing structures, and product descriptions to analyze market trends and improve our SEO positioning.
The Ethical Boundary: Use data extraction to inform strategy, not to directly plagiarize competitor content or copy proprietary layouts.
What is allowed: Aggregating public documentation, public articles, and open-source FAQs to train internal AI models or build organizational knowledge bases.
The Ethical Boundary: Respect intellectual property. Ensure any content ingested into our systems complies with fair-use standards and does not violate copyright laws.
What is allowed: Running server-side extraction jobs utilizing reasonable rate-limiting and delays.
The Ethical Boundary: Always utilize the built-in delay and throttling controls (e.g., maintaining a sensible delay per request). Never configure extraction rules with excessive parallel tracking that could degrade the performance of a target website or mimic a Denial of Service (DoS) attack.
To protect SPYNR’s reputation and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (like GDPR and CCPA), the following actions are strictly prohibited:
No Harvesting Personal Data (PII): Do not use scraper utilities to harvest email addresses, phone numbers, or social profiles of private individuals for unsolicited marketing campaigns or spam lists.
No Bypassing Security Walls: Do not use internal tools to scrape or exploit gated content, pages behind login walls, or sites that explicitly block automated access via their robots.txt files or terms of service.
No Tampering with Server Guardrails: Server-side utilities on this site are equipped with SSRF (Server-Side Request Forgery) protections to prevent the accidental scanning of our own internal networks. Attempting to bypass or alter these network protections is a violation of company policy.
No Testing with Live Credentials: Do not input real customer passwords, financial details, or active API keys into experimental or tool configuration fields.
Project Privacy: Project names, target URLs, extraction rules, and generated datasets are considered internal SPYNR property. Do not share backend screenshots or export files with third parties.
Access Logs: All operations run on this server are logged. Ensure you are using your unique internal account; credential sharing for utility access is forbidden.
If an automated script gets stuck, a server-side job fails to terminate, or you need additional IP rotation capabilities provisioned for market research, please submit a request to the DevOps Admin team.
